In a shocking turn of events, it appears that an investigation into her personal business dealings has caused the incredible side effect of refreshing Hunter Biden’s memory of his actual income for recent years.
Hunter Biden, son of Democratic presidential nominee and former Vice President Joe Biden has been the subject of intense scrutiny after it was discovered that he has not only been working with international entities with the potential of international diplomatic effects, he has, in fact, traded on his political families ties to sweeten his monetary gains.
According to new reports, email messages being combed over by investigators have revealed that Hunter Biden failed to report around $400,000 in income from Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings, which he joined back in 2014.
Fox News reported on an email obtained by them, that an attorney at his firm noted that Biden needed to amend his tax returns, now that this incredible memory has come back to him.
In the email message, obtained by Fox News, an attorney for his firm noted that Biden needed to amend his tax returns:
“The email, which was first reported by NBC News, was sent to Hunter Biden from Eric Scherwin, who at the time served as president of Rosemont Seneca. Fox News could not verify its authenticity; neither Scherwin nor Hunter Biden attorney George Mesires immediately responded to Fox News’ requests for comment.
“In 2014, you joined the Burisma board and we still need to amend your 2014 returns to reflect the unreported Burisma income,” Scherwin wrote to Hunter Biden. “That is approximately $400,000 extra so your income in 2014 was closer to $1,247,328.”
The email went on to state that in 2013 Hunter Biden’s taxes reported “$833,614 in income,” in 2014 “your taxes reported $847,328 in income. That 2014 total is now expected to be amended at $1,247,328. Additionally, “in 2015 reported $2,478,208 in income.”
It appears that being the second son turned out to be a lucrative endeavor for someone with as tenuous grasp on morality as Hunter Biden seemed to have.
This, among many other quandaries, are all issues that the mainstream media, in their infinite wisdom about what Americans should be concerned about, seemed to think was not worth reporting. Their incredible moral compass has been field, supposedly, by their desire not to interfere with the election, which by all accounts, seems to have been tamped with considerably without the media’s conscience being violated.
Could this particular omission be considered “collusion” on the part of the mainstream media? Would it be fair to assume that if Eric Trump or Don Jr. had engaged in such an escapade, bringing in foreigners to meet their family in exchange for money, that it would have been headline news? Hard to say … or should I say, hard to prove, because it wasn’t done that way, at least not that anyone knows of. And something tells me that if it could be known of a conservative, we would know it.
On the bright side though, it’s sometimes amusing to see the talking heads on the nightly news (it’s always 10 o’clock somewhere, right) tiptoeing as though they don’t dare disturb any rock, for fear of what might come slithering out that they’ll have to cover for.
As for the Bidens, they seem to all but have their bags packed for the White House, and they might well move in. But while the vast majority of the left’s supporters seem prone to demonstrations in the streets, scorned Republicans are likely to find something much more productive to prove their point.
