A team of scientists recently went to Wuhan on the WHO’s dime. Of course, they did not find any useful information. They weren’t there to actually learn anything, they were there to make sure nothing new trickled out. Their conclusion was a simple one.
They still do not believe that the theory about the virus escaping from a Chinese lab could be true.
While the Biden administration has yet to fully back away from the theory as of yet, we know where this is going. Biden never wants to go against the Chinese for any reason. Intelligence officials claim that they have seen non-public materials that place the blame squarely at the feet of the Chinese but we have yet to be provided access.
NBC News has more on this developing story.
“A spokesman for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence told NBC News the agency is standing by a public statement it issued in April, which said that that American intelligence agencies ‘will continue to rigorously examine emerging information and intelligence to determine whether the outbreak began through contact with infected animals or if it was the result of an accident at a laboratory in Wuhan.’…
“A Western intelligence official who has seen classified material told NBC News the U.S. has substantial intelligence that has not been made public about actions the Chinese government took — related to the Wuhan lab and other issues — that were designed to obscure the origins of Covid-19 and conceal its early impact. A former U.S. official who has also seen the intelligence agreed that it was significant, if inconclusive.
“Both sources said the material, which they did not detail, did not add up to evidence that a lab accident occurred. But they said it raised enough circumstantial questions that analysts have been unable to rule out the lab scenario. U.S. intelligence officials declined to comment,” NBC News reports.
Before these discussions were had, China and Russia were already making similar accusations about the United States. After the theory was rejected while we had a Republican president in office, the mainstream media has decided to lend it some credence once again.
New York magazine believes that it is time to take a closer look.
Their piece reopened the door and now NBC News is talking to officials who have more to say.
“Intelligence officials counter that one key lab, the Wuhan Institute of Virology, removed from public view a database of 22,000 virus samples for security reasons, and has not allowed a detailed look at the lab’s notes or other records. They say it’s suspicious that the virus outbreak arose in Wuhan, a hub of virus research in China, while the bats that commonly carry coronaviruses are typically found in caves a thousand miles from that city,” says their report.
If the mainstream media is finally willing to call this suspicious, it makes one wonder what we are not being told. This is not all, either.
The animals at the Wuhan wet market were all tested and no positives were found. The transition animal that is supposedly responsible for all of this has yet to be identified.
None of the initial cases that were found in Wuhan have any tangible connection to the wet market but that has not stopped the narrative from continuing to persist. United States officials continue to balk when they are asked to offer up more definitive statements.
We are never going to fall into that trap. It is time that China was taken to task. They will do anything in their power to avoid taking responsibility for what has happened here.
Instead of being willing to help the world deal with the catastrophe that they are fully responsible for, everyone else is being blamed. Sleepy Joe would rather continue snoozing and playing Mario Kart than deal with this menace. We wouldn’t expect anything less from him, to be honest.
