Is the Biden Administration Fueling the Taliban?

The Biden administration is already patting themselves on the back for getting U.S. troops out of Afghanistan. They want to end the “forever war” once and for all. While that’s all well and great, there’s one big problem. Without the presence of the U.S. troops, the Taliban is moving in.

The last thing the world needs is for the Taliban to grow in power. Yet, that’s exactly what is happening.

As the U.S. works to remove remaining troops, the Taliban continues to force its way into various cities – controlling the administrative and military powers of Afghanistan in the process.

What exactly is the Biden administration thinking? We don’t want to hand over any land or power to the Taliban. If they seize the entire country, there’s no telling what they’ll do. After all, we’re talking about the same terrorists that are responsible for the 9/11 bombings on American soil.

There’s no reason why we should be fueling the Taliban and allowing them to move in on Afghanistan. Well, there is a reason – and it all has to do with Biden’s ego. He wants to be the president to go down in history as ending the war. If he’s not careful, however, he’ll go down in history for being the reason why the Taliban rose to such dangerous power levels.

It’s important to recognize what’s being done – even before all of the U.S. troops have left the country. Taliban fighters have already seized the majority of the Kunduz province. They’ve also managed to acquire the neighboring provincial capital.

The Taliban is prepared to fight for ownership of Afghanistan – and the Afghan forces are simply not strong enough to hold their ground.

Provincial council members have already identified that the Taliban has taken control of not only police headquarters but also the governor’s office. They’re moving quickly, which makes it clear that they’ve had a plan in place. They were simply waiting for the U.S. to begin withdrawing.

The Taliban has also gained control of the prisons, releasing hundreds of inmates – including those that were Taliban fighters. It means that they’re adding to their ranks in addition to gaining power.

Most presidents would think twice about withdrawing all of the troops. It not only leaves Afghanistan vulnerable but it also endangers the U.S. troops remaining behind in the Embassy. Not Biden, though. He’s ignorant as to how to handle foreign relations. So, he’ll watch as the Taliban takes over the entire country, slaughtering the population as they go. Hey, as long as American troops aren’t getting killed, it’s all good…right?

The moment Kunduz, the capital of the province of Kunduz falls, it will prove that the Taliban is stronger than many may have considered. After all, Kunduz has a population of over 300,000 – and they are backed by a Western government.

Accessing Kunduz is strategic because of the airport and how it leads to other parts of the province. It would allow the Taliban to take control of the airport, army barracks, and much more. It’s bad enough that the terrorists are already flying their white flag above a traffic police booth within the main square.

The Afghan government seems to be in denial that they’re losing so much of their provinces to the terrorist organization.  Enough people on the ground have admitted that the Taliban has taken the cities, however.

The Biden administration doesn’t want to get involved. They’d rather remove forces and take a backseat approach to it all. They’ll help to defend Afghanistan from afar. And that’s what the Taliban has been counting on.

While the U.S. is afar, they’ll storm every province until they control the entire country. Once that happens, we have to simply hope and pray that they don’t terrorize the world, starting with the United States.
